Yawei Hao is an AWS Operations Manager where he manages a team of support engineers who provides professional technical support for AWS customers around the world. He is also a public speaker at AWS Summit as well as Amazon Twitch Live events. Yawei’s interest in energy issues has come from his family influence where one of his uncles has been working in energy sectors since 1990s. Yawei holds a M.S. in Telecommunication System Management from Northeastern University and a B.S. in Optical Science from Sichuan University in China. He likes swimming in his free time.
