Luke Branscum is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations for Invest in Our Future, a non-profit organization which brings philanthropic organizations together in a national effort to build an inclusive, equitable clean energy economy. Luke brings his experience from the Biden Administration having served two years in the U.S. Department of Energy, where he worked in Congressional Affairs and in the Office of the Secretary supporting the Department’s Chief of Staff. He strives to marshall more resources and collective energy towards tackling the climate crisis and providing clean, affordable energy to everyone. Prior to his time in government and nonprofits, he spent several campaign cycles fundraising for candidates up and down the West Coast from local office to President of the United States. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with cum laude honors from the University of California, Los Angeles and lives in Seattle with his wife, where he spends his free time enjoying the outdoors and crafting projects in his garage.
