Elle Gasperini

Elle is an energy policy advocate and project manager working towards an abundant, equitable, and renewable energy future where everyone has access to a healthy environment and the resources they need to thrive. After 10 years as a climate change educator with Outward Bound and the North Cascades Institute, Elle moved into the energy policy field. For the past five years, she has co-lead the 350 Civic Action Team, a volunteer driven campaign drawing on grassroots support to move forward climate and energy bills in the Washington State legislature. In addition, she works as a project manager for Gradient Xergy, an energy consulting firm offering support on transportation electrification and grid modernization projects for utilities, transit authorities, and Tribal Nations across the Pacific Northwest. She holds a B.A in Environmental Policy from the University of Puget Sound and a M.A. in Energy Policy from Western Washington University. Elle is based in Bellingham, WA. When not working to support a just energy transition, she can be found reading a book or exploring the rivers, trails and mountains of Washington.
