Andrea loves making connections between people and ideas. She values the “both/and” nature of Spark Northwest: working at the intersection of energy and justice, building tangible projects and promoting systemic change. Prior to working in clean energy, Andrea was a lawyer and a social justice grant maker. She’s a proud graduate of the Equal Justice Leadership Academy, which hones advocacy skills to address racism and poverty. A native of Oregon and long-time Seattle resident, Andrea loves exploring the region. On weekends you might find her hiking in the Cascades, walking her dog on Alki Beach or sampling a fresh hops brew in Eastern Washington.
