We’re working hard to ensure that our region stays the course for an equitable, clean energy future. We’re advocating for community resiliency in Oregon. Pictured above is Spark Northwest Policy Manager, John Seng with the Building Resilience coalition, after he testified during the Oregon Ways and Means roadshow tour. Climate and environmental justice advocates tied for the most live public testimonies.
In other news, over the past several weeks our rural team helped with the submission process of 16 new applications for USDA REAP funding for a variety of regional, rural clean energy projects, translating to $835,000 in potential grant funding to support 840KW of clean energy projects.
