We’re thrilled to welcome Eriq Acosta, who has joined Spark Northwest as a Project Manager, who will focus on partnering with tribal nations to achieve their clean energy goals. Eriq is a descendant of the Indigenous Peoples of North America (Mexican (Spanish and Indigenous), Dine’ and Pueblo roots). He’s honored to be part of the team and plans to utilize all his skills and talents to help bring to life clean energy projects for communities. Welcome Eriq!

In other news, over the past several weeks our rural team helped with the submission process of 16 new applications for USDA REAP funding for a variety of regional, rural clean energy projects, translating to $835,000 in potential grant funding to support 840KW of clean energy projects.
